Description 

Glow Stack is a combination of three well–characterized synthetic peptides: 

• GHK–Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Copper): A naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. Chemical structure: Gly-His-Lys-Cu2+. 
• BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157): A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein in human gastric juice. Sequence: Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val. 
• TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment): A synthetic version of the active domain of Thymosin Beta–4, a 43-amino-acid actin-sequestering protein. Key active fragment: Ac-LKKTETQ. 
• These peptides are combined to provide complementary regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-remodeling effects. 

Mechanism of Action 

• GHK-Cu: Binds copper ions and modulates gene expression (upregulates >4,000 genes, downregulates >4,000). Stimulates collagen/elastin synthesis, glycosaminoglycan production, angiogenesis, extracellular matrix remodelling, antioxidant enzyme activity (SOD, catalase), and anti-inflammatory pathways (suppresses NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6). Promotes wound healing, skin/tissue repair, and anti-aging effects. 
• BPC-157: Accelerates angiogenesis (via VEGF and nitric oxide pathways), enhances fibroblast migration/proliferation, upregulates growth factors (FGF, EGF), protects endothelial integrity, modulates serotonin/dopamine systems, and exerts potent cytoprotective and anti-inflammatory effects across multiple tissues (muscle, tendon, ligament, GI tract, CNS). 
• TB-500: Promotes actin sequestration and polymerization, enhances cell migration, angiogenesis, and wound healing. Reduces inflammation, inhibits apoptosis, and supports tissue repair in muscle, tendon, ligament, and skin. The combination synergistically supports tissue regeneration, reduces inflammation, improves extracellular matrix quality, and accelerates recovery across skin, musculoskeletal, and soft-tissue systems. 

Indications & Usage 

Glow Stack is used to support tissue repair, skin health, and regenerative processes. It is indicated for: 

• Promotion of skin rejuvenation, elasticity, and collagen production 
• Acceleration of healing in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints 
• Reduction of inflammation and support for recovery from physical stress or injury Maintenance of connective tissue integrity and anti-aging effects at the cellular level 

Contraindications & Warnings 

Do not use if you have: 

• Known hypersensitivity to GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, copper, or any excipient Active malignancy or history of cancer (due to pro-angiogenic properties) 
• Severe uncontrolled bleeding disorders or acute thrombosis 
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding 
• Age under 18 years 

Warnings 

• Use only under medical supervision. 
• Not a substitute for standard medical or surgical treatment of injuries, wounds, or inflammatory conditions. 
• Discontinue immediately and seek medical attention if unusual symptoms occur (e.g., severe swelling, fever, or signs of infection/allergic reaction). 
• Avoid concurrent use with other strong pro-angiogenic agents unless under specialist guidance. 

Dosage & Administration 

Subcutaneous injection only. 

• 5-Click Dose (Light/Maintenance): 1.46 mg total actives (1.04 mg GHK-Cu + 0.21 mg BPC-157 +0.21 mg TB-500) – yields 48 doses 
• 10–Click Dose (Standard Glow Protocol): 2.92 mg total actives (2.08 mg GHK-Cu + 0.42 mg BPC-157 + 0.42 mg TB-500) – yields 24 doses 
• 12-Click Dose (Enhanced Repair / Aesthetic Protocol): 3.50 mg total actives (2.50 mg 
• GHK-Cu + 0.50 mg BPC-157 +0.50 mg TB-500) – yields 20 doses 
• Frequency: Once daily 
• Timing: Morning or evening- consistent timing preferred 

Administration Instructions

1. Wash hands and prepare a clean surface. 
2. Attach a sterile needle. 
3. Dial the required number of clicks. 
4. Clean injection site (abdomen or thigh) with alcohol swab. 
5. Insert needle at 45-90° angle and inject slowly. 
6. Withdraw needle, dispose safely, and cap the pen. 
7. Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation. 
8. Always inspect solution before use: Do not inject if cloudy, discoloured, or containing particles. The Glow Stack Pen solution has a deep blue coloration, which is normal. 

Side Effects 

The Glow Stack combination is generally well tolerated. Reported reactions are uncommon and usually mild/transient, including: 

• Mild injection-site irritation, redness, or itching 
• Transient headache or light–headedness 
• Temporary changes in energy levels or sleep patterns during initial days 
• Rare mild gastrointestinal discomfort or flushing 
• Rare copper-related effects (metallic taste, nausea) with high cumulative GHK–Cu exposure 
• If any severe or persistent symptoms occur (e.g., severe rash, swelling, or allergic signs), discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately. 

Storage & Handling 

• Store either in refrigerator (fridge); never freeze or in a cool dry place (≤25-30°C / 77-86°F). 
• Keep pen capped and protected from light and heat. 
• After first use: Same storage conditions. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Discard if expired or solution appears abnormal.
