Description 

Epitalon (also known as Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide with the amino acid sequence Ala-Glu-Asp–Gly (AEDG). It is a mimetic of epithalamin, a natural peptide complex derived from the pineal gland and belongs to the class of Khavinson bioregulator peptides. 

Mechanism of Action 

Epitalon primarily activates telomerase (via upregulation of telomerase reverse transcriptase gene expression), promoting telomere elongation and delaying replicative senescence in somatic cells. Additional mechanisms include:

Contraindications & Warnings

Warnings

Administration Instructions

1. Prime pen before first use: Dial to 12 clicks and press until a drop appears at the tip (repeat if needed). 
2. Select dose: Dial to 12 clicks. 
3. Apply to clean skin (commonly abdomen or thigh). 
4. Press and hold for 6 seconds to deliver the dose. 5.Replace cap after use.
